It has dormitories for 300 students, classrooms, workshop areas, offices, gyms, restaurants, etc. The building is air conditioned and has an electrical substation of 800KVA and a 275KVA power generator. The buildings’ energy performance was upgraded to class B+.

  • The project includes the restoration of a 2.500sq.m. historic listed building, on three levels and its configuration to accommodate the School of Fine Arts. It includes offices, classrooms, laboratories, laboratories of sculpture, printmaking, painting, religious painting, metal etc. The areas are air-conditioned and a 630KVA power substation has been installed.

  • The building comprises of two conference rooms of 1000 capacity each, a music room of 300 people capacity, six rooms of 100 people capacity and offices. All rooms are equipped with translation and electroacoustic systems, translators and projection booths. All building's areas are air conditioned by 14 air conditioning units and the installed cooling capacity is increased to 200 RT. A 150 KVA generator has been installed to the building.

  • The project is a "closed city" of 20,000 residents in total, including except of the university buildings, houses, sports facilities, hospitals, shopping centers, etc. . For this project, our Office developed (based on U.S. regulations), heating-ventilating and air conditioning designs, high and low voltage electrical designs, plumbing, and fire alarm and fire-fighting systems for the following buildings: a. SEN ADMIN PRESIDENT'S HOUSE A two-storey, 1.500 m2 residence of the President of the University, equiped with air-conditioning system. b. SEN ADMIN VICE PRESIDENT'S HOUSE Four two-storey residences, 1200m2 each, of the Vice Presidents of the University, equiped with air-conditioning system. c. FAC and SERVICES STAFF HOUSING (2 Bedrooms) Two-bedroom, two-storey houses, 450sq.m. each, of the professors of the University, equiped with air-conditioning system. d. FAC and SERVICES STAFF HOUSING (3 Bedrooms) Three-bedroom, two-storey houses, 500sq.m. each, of the professors of the University, equiped with air-conditioning system. e. FAC and SERVICES STAFF HOUSING (4 Bedrooms) Four-bedroom, two-storey houses, 600sq.m. each, of the professors of the University, equiped with air-conditioning system. f. BOY'S SCHOOL Boys high school building, of a total area of ​​12.000m2. The building comprises halls, laboratories, offices, and an indoor sports center. All areas are air-conditioned. g. GIRL'S SCHOOL Girls high school building, a total area of ​​10.000m2. The building comprises halls, laboratories, and an indoor sports center. All areas are air-conditioned.
